How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time takes about 1-2 business days to process but can average from 2-5 business days, depending on the demand.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping carrier is USPS, shipping time varies between 3-14 business day.
What happens if my order is the wrong size?
If, for any reason, the clothing product is the wrong size, and want to cancel.
please let us know immediately, or within 12 hour after the order has been placed.
Otherwise all SALES ARE FINAL.

Can I change my product?
All sales are final, and are not eligible for returns.

My item arrive damaged/lost/stolen or didn't arrive at all?
My special shop now offers shipping protection for any damage/lost/ stolen or never arrived products for a small fee. This will protect the purchased items in case any of the above occurs during transit after products have been shipped.
If the customer does not opt-in on the shipping protection. My style shop is not liable for the products after the item has been shipped.
Do you offer local pick-up/delivery?
Delivery is currently disable due to demand of shipping orders.
When available Myspecialshop.com offer local delivery services only on selected products. Local delivery are offer with a $5 fee on order below $35, and free delivery on order above $35.
